Services Marketing and Business Growth Manager

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing the DevCube Professional Marketing strategy. We are looking for someone to work directly alongside the founders on a day-to-day basis from any place in the world – Remotely. However, the priority will be given to Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking candidates.

  • You will be responsible to run the strategy around customers’ acquisition channels and business growth for the company
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. You will be playing a major role in enhancing brand awareness as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers
  • You should be willing to get stuck in, with a very hands-on approach and work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Key Responsibilities

This is a high-impact role. You will define go-to-market strategies, value proposition, messaging and execute PR activities for DevCube company

  • Create and implement the marketing plan in alignment with overall business objectives, striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing to build a pipeline, as well as quick-wins to achieve targets
  • Define and implement creative and non-traditional marketing tactics (traditional / email, digital, content) and channels (direct, partners) to drive customer acquisition
  • Responsible for writing compelling marketing and promotional materials for a variety of services, developing compelling pitches and descriptions
  • Streamline and monitor the existing customer acquisition process, to ensure better lead generation and faster deals closure
  • Create and lead strategic marketing initiatives using data and analytics
  • Develop and implement the best strategy for company digital channels
  • Proven track record of increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant B2B marketing, Product Marketing, or Business development experience, working at services companies is a significant advantage
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to execute under deadlines. Being able to communicate well with teams from the US, Israel, Ukraine, Russia
  • Good background in writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, copywriting, proofreading services, or relevant field
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing data-led traditional and digital marketing strategies & using web analytics tools, content marketing, SEO & SEM
  • Strong technical background and engineering skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, preferably also Russian
  • Experience in E-commerce, Cloud and IoT industries, a similar position in IT company is preferred
